Geopathic Stress
Geopathic Stress
Research into the effects of Geopathic Stress (GS) and of the health issues it may cause is ongoing.
Put simply the resonance of the earth’s surface (its vibrations) is roughly 7.5 Hertz the same as the alpha brain rhythm – the rhythm of the relaxed mind. When the two are in harmony things are fine, but in many cases they are out of sync.
GS occurs when the magnetic field emanating from the earth is distorted, the vibrations become abnormally high and this then affects our well-being.
The strength of the earth’s magnetic field is not constant – research shows it is stronger at night. Sleep has a healing effect, it gives our bodies and minds time to rejuvenate and restore. We organize long-term memory, integrate new information, and repair and renew tissue, nerve cells and other chemicals so it is vital to get good quality sleep.
People spending long periods on fault lines may have difficulty in sleeping as the body is on continuous alert. In this situation the body’s resistance is lessened and we become more susceptible to colds, flu and other serious illnesses.
It must be said that GS does not cause an illness, but lowers your immune system, so you have less chance of fighting any infection.
The following may be attributed to Geopathic Stress:
- Disturbed sleep, waking often and feeling as if you have not had sufficient sleep
- General tiredness through the day
- Inability to get well and stay well
- Immune system problems
- Repeated miscarriages or infertility problems
- Birth defects
- Symptom including: ME, hyperactivity, lethargy and feeling out of sorts.
Electromagnetic Field (EMF)
An increasing number of people are becoming concerned about the possible harmful effects of exposure to invisible Electromagnetic Field (EMF) Radiation caused by both wireless technology and mains electricity. Ongoing research has shown a link between EMFs and many health issues including:
- Depression
- Chronic Fatigue
- Skin Complaints
- Fertility Problems
- Sleeping Difficulties
- Childhood Leukemia
In this modern world it is impossible to completely avoid EMFs but levels can be measured so that you can make simple changes in your home or place of work to reduce your exposure.
This is most important in areas where you spend a large amount of time, especially bedrooms. Pregnant women, children and anyone with a weak immune system should take extra care should as research has shown they are more vulnerable to the adverse effects of EMFs.
There are many household items that contribute greatly to Electromagnetic Radiation including:
- Mobile Phones
- Baby Monitors
- Digital Cordless Phones
- Computers / Laptops
- Wi-Fi
- Microwave Ovens
- Clock Radios
- Games Consoles
The main sources of microwave radiation in the home are digital (DECT) cordless phones, Wi-Fi and baby monitors. Clients have been staggered at how high the readings have been in their homes, and how far the harmful waves travel. We can advise the best location to place electrical items, especially where young children spend a lot of time.
A Healthy Home Survey includes Geopathic Stress survey and measuring the EMF and Microwave Wireless levels. We will produce a report on the levels in each room and what remedial steps you can take to reduce your exposure.
